Little Mom and Pop place. Great country cooking. Staff is always so nice. Daily specials are awesome.
Excellent food friendly service
Very friendly service. The perfect country diner setting and good food too
Terrific little local, basic place. We stopped from reviews on Google and it paid dividends. We shared a Sunday meal with 3 sides, roll, and small dessert. All good for 10.
Perfect old school meat plus 3! Service was thorough and friendly. Price was very reasonable. I'll be back!
This place was an oasis! The portion/quality/price point is fantastic! A group of 5 of us rolled in on bikes desperately hungry after a mini tour from Cape to Horseshoe Lake and back and we were greeted with wonderful service and great food. I'm also convinced they only told us they were out of biscuits and gravy just so we had to come back... which we will.
This little place in the middle of nowhere will wow you with their food and service. I first came here about 8 months ago when i started my kentucky route. It brought me through here that early morning as my tummy was growling. I stopped in to grab some breakfast. OH MY they know how to do a breakfast! My route time changed not too long after so i would be going by there around lunch time. This is when i discovered their burgers. After eating their burgers with a side order of mushroom i knew i found my meal there. Their burgers are fresh. You can taste it. Perfect meat to bun ratio and the toppings are fresh as well. Mushrooms are always cooked perfectly. Amazing friendly service in a small atmosphere. The only thing i would suggest is keeping more desserts on hand. Their food is so good your going to want some after.
Good down home cooking. We were passing through around lunchtime and stopped for great food and wonderful service. We both had the lunch special of hamburger steak with brown gravy and onions, French fries, and salad which was all delicious. The pies looked great but we were too full. I would recommend and would definitely stop again if I were in the area.
